Included with an active project

An active project includes its static assets, 100,000 dynamic requests, and 15 million CPU milliseconds. A new deployment does not extend the project’s expiry. Renewal extends hosting without adding a deployment upload fee. The payment challenge is the authoritative quote for the exact amount and settlement network before any wallet signs.

Local builds run before payment, so a local build failure costs nothing. Once the $0.01 upload payment settles, it is not refundable if later server-side publishing fails. If a payment client errors, reconcile the pending operation with finalize before attempting another payment.
